Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit non-governmental organization working for the development of Afghanistan mainly through (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in topics of public health and social sciences besides various projects in different parts of Afghanistan
1.Design and prepare the stock in such a way that all materials and items are classified and categorized in an easy to access manner.
2.Label all the shelves to facilitate accessing the materials.
3.Prepare the stock in such a fair and well ventilated condition that should prevent the items from getting destroyed and rotten.
4.Keep track of expiration of food, and medicine if any in the stock and use them before expiration date.
5.Establish FIFO and FEFO system in the stock.
6.Take necessary measures of safety and security of the items in the stock
7.Maintain a comprehensive and clear record of items in the stock and those were stocked out.
8.Maintain and control stock card.
9.Place the material on wooden plates.
10.Stock in the monthly stationery requirements of the office and distribute it to relevant departments.
11.Keep and maintain a clear inventory list of all office supplies.
12.Maintain a good filling system for your stock documents
Any other task assigned by supervisor
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of staff.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
Strategic planning skills.
Ability to operate basic computer programs as word and excel
